• Usage data — basic technical information collected automatically through cookies, such as your device, browser, IP address, and how you use the site.

We do not collect payment card details on this site. We do not take online payments — deals are completed in person at our showroom.

How we use your information

• Providing the Services. To process your appraisal request and pass it to the one dealer who wins your car so they can call you directly; to answer your buyer inquiries; and to create and manage your account.
• Communicating with you. To send your reference code, offer updates, and replies by SMS, email, or phone.
• Security and fraud prevention. To detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent, illegal, or malicious activity.
• Marketing. With your consent, to send occasional updates about stock and promotions. You can opt out at any time.

• The winning dealer. This is central to how selling works: when you submit your car, your contact details are shared only with the single dealer who wins your car, so they can call you. Your details are not broadcast to every dealer.
• Service providers. Trusted providers who help us operate the Services — website hosting, database, and SMS and email delivery — process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
• Legal and safety. Where required by law, or to enforce our terms and protect our rights, our users, or the public.
• Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or similar transaction.

We do not sell your personal information.

Retention and security

We keep your personal information only for as long as we need it to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, and resolve disputes. If you start the sell form and leave your name and number but don't finish, we may call you once to help you complete it, and we delete those details after 30 days. We apply reasonable organizational and technical safeguards to protect it. Please note that no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
